Checkout Problems?

Are you having problems checking out, or items disappearing from your shopping cart?

Although you should be able to place an order without it, JavaScript should to be enabled in your web browser for proper functionality of the shopping cart and some of the other features on this web site.

Also, your cart's "session" information is stored in your web browser's cookies.
Your web browser needs to be able to accept cookies to place an order with us.
If you have your security level set to not accept cookies, you can manually add prestigehobbies.com to your "accept" list.

Here is how (instructions for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox).

For Internet Explorer
On the menu bar across the top click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS.
Then click the PRIVACY tab.
Towards the bottom you should see an area labeled WEBSITES, click the EDIT button.
Type in "prestigehobbies.com" and click ALLOW.
Then you can click EXIT to exit out of that small menu. Your web browser will now be able to accept cookies from prestigehobbies.com.

Please close out of your browser completely and then try and place your order from scratch.

For Mozilla Firefox
On the menu bar across the top click on TOOLS, then OPTIONS.
Then click the COOKIES area.
Click on EXCEPTIONS.
Now enter "prestigehobbies.com" and click ALLOW.
Then click EXIT to exit out of that small menu. Your browser will now be able to accept cookies from prestigehobbies.com.

Please close out of your browser completely, and then try and place your order from scratch.

For Safari
On the menu bar across the top click on choose EDIT, then PREFERENCES.
Then click the SECURITY area.
Click on EXCEPTIONS.
In the ACCEPT COOKIES section, choose "ACCEPT COOKIES: Only from sites you navigate to"
Your browser will now be able to accept cookies from prestigehobbies.com.

Please close out of your browser completely, and then try and place your order from scratch.

We hope this will fix the problem of the "empty cart".
