The final episode begins with nitro racing's version of a heavyweight bout, as Top Fuelers fight the growing trend of AFX and early funny cars. Huge meets ensued, and enovation led to quicker ETs, and speeds, until noise complaints spelled the end in 1972 with "The Last Drag Race", a collosal, fitting, yet tear-filled end to one of the sports most historic, and revered tracks.
