Not Getting Emails?

Have you placed an order with us but did not receive a confirmation Email? Are you subscribed to our newsletter but are not receiving it?

We send you Emails several times about the status of your order and send newsletters to those customers subscribed to it on an infrequent schedule. If you are not receiving Email from us, there are one or two likely reasons. One reason could be that you accidentally entered an incorrect Email address when you placed your order or registered for our newsletter.

If you registered on prestigehobbies.com, you can check your registered Email address by signing in to your account and clicking on 'Modify profile' in the 'Your Account' area. Verify that your Email address is correct and the newsletter subscribe box is checked at the bottom of your profile if you are signing up for this option.

If you are not registered there isn't a profile for you to change the incorrect Email address. In this case you will probably not receive confirmation Emails, but this doesn't affect the shipping of your order. You will just not receive Emails when the status of your order changes. If you have questions about your order please contact us using the "Contact Us" form on this web site.

Another reason that you may not be receiving Email from us is that Email from prestige-hobbies.com or prestigehobbies.com may be blocked by your Internet provider (like AOL, MSN, or Earthlink) or Email client (like Outlook or Outlook Express). Many Email providers provide spam filters to prevent unwanted messages from reaching your inbox. Unfortunately, these filters also prevent Email you actually want from reaching you, too. If you think this is happening...

Add 'orders1 at prestigehobbies.com' , 'customer_help at prestigehobbies.com' , 'staff at prestigehobbies.com' , 'info1 at prestigehobbies.com' and 'news1 at prestigehobbies.com' to your address book (replacing "at" with "@".. we need to fight spam too) .

Check the help section of your Email client to see how to change or remove the settings that filter or block Email.

If you still do not receive Email from us, check with your Internet provider (particularly AOL) to see if they are blocking Email from prestige-hobbies.com or prestigehobbies.com. If so, ask them to remove those blocks.

Once you've taken these steps, you should be able to receive mail from us, making your online shopping experience much more pleasant.

To receive our newsletter, you will need to sign up again by re-entering your correct Email address in the 'News' area. Prestige Hobbies does not send unsolicited email advertising.
