Any items listed on this page are not in stock but expected in the future. Orders will be shipped as soon as the item arrives on a first ordered, first shipped basis. Please place any other items on a separate order and they will ship immediately. 
We will not hold any in stock items until the pre-ordered item arrives.

Credit cards only accepted on pre-order items, and please check that it will remain valid.
Please place orders for pre-ordered items separately from any other items.
