This is a Hot Wheels T1 Drag Bus customized for Prestige Hobbies as an event sponsor at the 2011 Diecast Space Super Convention held in Las Vegas. There were only 10 of these produced with a flame side tampo and an "Event Sponsor" tampo on the rear spoiler. This is an extremely rare piece that is only available here.
